    First Full Moon: The first full moon of the Lunar New Year will be celebrated on Feb. The day’s schedule includes: dragon dance at 11:30 a. m. , Medicine Sutra reading and candle offering from noon to 12:30 p. m. followed by a blessing ceremony, and a vegetarian lunch at 1 p. m. The Lunar New Year, the Year of the Dragon, Northwest Choralons: Everett’s New Beginnings Church will present a performance by the Northwest Choralons choir at 10 a. m. Feb. The temple, open to the public only for special ceremonies, will open at 9 a. m. Feb. It is directed by Brenda Rasmussen, a Northwest University graduate who also studied music at the University of Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Canada. 5 at the Dia Tang Temple, a Buddhist temple in Lynnwood. The choir, which tours four months of the year, includes more than more 100 singers and a full band.
